Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I played football, boxed, and spent countless hours staying active with friends. In my 20s, I fell in love with Muay Thai, a passion that took me around the world. I had the honor of representing England in professional Thai boxing, competing in Thailand ,Greece, Hungary and the O2 Arena . Along the way, I also challenged myself in other ways—completing a marathon and pushing my own limits both physically and mentally.
For the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others transform through fitness. I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, many of whom have gone on to become fitness class instructors, personal trainers, or simply the best version of themselves. My approach is about more than just training—it’s about mindset, movement, and showing people they can achieve what they once thought was impossible.
I believe fitness is one of the most powerful tools for change. It builds confidence, strengthens both body and mind, and improves overall well-being. My coaching style is supportive, but I believe in tough love when it’s needed—because real growth happens outside of your comfort zone.
