I’ve trained with Kris over the last 5+ years. First at his meta fit classes and also did PT with him. I started with Kris when I hadn't been training for years so my confidence was very low and I was unfit. Working with Kris has been an absolute game-changer! From day one, Kris has been a motivational powerhouse, pushing me beyond my limits and helping me achieve my goals. I trained with Kris for about 5 years before geography got in the way and I genuinely found it life changing. We combined weight/ body weight training with Muay Thai. The weight training helped me gain muscle, lose fat and tone my shape and Muay Thai, well I simply love it. Kris has fought for England and is an expert in the field. I went from beginning to confidently sparring and it was an incredible work out too. Aside from the fitness, Kris’ incredible personality meant that he was like a life coach. He listened and was able to get me out of my head by just being himself. I would 100% recommend and writing this has made me miss our sessions!
Kris is genuinely one of the best personal trainers in East London. Compared to many PTs that are around today inside and outside of gyms, he actually takes the time to really understand your needs, giving realistic goals and achieving them with you time and time again. Training with Kris is one of the best experiences I have had and would strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to work hard towards their goals, you will definitely get results with him.
I trained with Kris for 8 years before I moved house. Kris is a goal orientated personal trainer. He regularly tracks your weight and measurements so you can see your progress. He changes up his training sessions so no session feels the same and you don't get bored, he pushes you to push yourself and do exercises that you don't like (chin ups!!) I would highly recommend Kris and hoping that he moves to Letyon so I can go back training with him.
I can highly recommend trainings with Kris. With Kris I have greatly improved consistency and effectiveness of my trainings. The exercises Kris gives always focus on various muscle groups and types of training to ensure overall improvement of your fitness. Kris always motivates you to give your best effort and encourages you when you are about to give up. Highly recommended!
I met Kris in Thailand in 2019 during a muay thai camp we were attending. He influenced me to take it more seriously and train harder. At that time I was competly new and he taught me some techniques that I still use to this day. I've gone on to fight a few times in Thailand and USA. He's a great teacher and last time I was in London I had a few training sessions at his new gym and was genuinely impressed with the new space.
Kris is one of the best coaches that we had at our school, the young people love how he delivered the sessions and Kris also enriched all the young people and showed them how to become a personal trainer as well as teaching new life skills to show their ability and to boost their confidence as well. I recommend to anyone and always when the action mile to make sure the young people had their sessions. Kris was very dedicated every young person and staff member who took part in his sessions were blown away
Kris is an amazing personal trainer. I’ve trained a lot of Muay Thai sessions with him and always coming back for more. Kris is brilliant at explaining the fundamental movements and concepts of Muay Thai and then putting them in practice on the pads. Kris always tailors the session to me when I’ve requested for a technical session, drilling or even a pad blast. I’ve learnt a lot from training with Kris and I’ve definitely seen major improvements in myself. I cannot recommend him enough whether you’re a beginner or been training for a long time.
Kris is hands down the best trainer I've ever had! His dedication and expertise have kept me in top shape for years. Even as a gym enthusiast, I sometimes struggle with motivation, but Kris's no-nonsense approach always gets me back on track. Every penny spent is absolutely worth it!
Kris is amazing at what he does high level of knowledge of fitness and Muay Thai, he is high experienced in Muay Thai and I would highly recommend him to any one and everyone who is interested in Muay Thai. With his vast knowledge and experience you will make very quick strides in your form and cardio levels I have been attending another Muay Thai gym for a few years but after a few sessions with Kris I saw more improvement in my technique and cardio if your looking for a 1-1 personal trainer for general fitness and Muay Thai then Kris is the guy for you!!!!!
